We’re building a product that leverages AI to help businesses anticipate and respond to climate policy changes so they can make informed climate and business decisions. With customers already on board, we’re growing our team to accelerate the development of our product to drive real world and environmental impact.

**Larsen Mabika - CEO**

Larsen Mabika is an award-winning product leader with a background in Finance and Climate. At Sylvera, he led the development and launch of a product, winner of the EMEA 2023 Environmental Finance Product Innovation of the Year. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business Administration and Strategy.

Larsen was born in Congo, grew up in France, and has lived in 7 countries. He believes in leading with empathy and actively promotes values of Diversity, Equity and inclusion.

**Georgina Steele - CTO**

Georgina Steele is a software engineering leader distinguished for her AI-driven and climate innovations. At Tractable, her work building a POC with a top 5 global insurance company contributed to the company achieving unicorn status. More recently, she led teams across the core of Sylvera’s engineering systems. Driven to make a difference, she is also an advocate for gender equality and has been a delegate for UN Women UK for the past two years.
