The Opportunity:
As a Founder’s Associate at Maiven, you’ll work directly alongside the Co-founder/CEO. You’ll have exposure to all areas of the business, helping to shape our product and build our company culture alongside a team that cares deeply about enabling colleagues to do their best work and develop in their careers. The role will be fast-paced, require commitment, and will at times be demanding - but is all designed to maximise learning opportunities for a talent generalist who thrives on solving complex problems and driving change. For the right candidate, this is the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career growth, learning the ins and outs of running and growing an early-stage start-up. Over time, we’d imagine the successful candidate moving into other high-responsibility roles within Maiven (e.g., Product, Operations, or Commercial), or even going on to become a founder yourself, depending on your ambition and skillset.
What You'll Do:
- Execution excellence: Define processes and own the execution of recurring tasks across the business such as sales prospecting, managing inbound flows, conducting initial product demos, customer onboarding, product feedback prioritisation and implementation, investor reporting, general business operations, etc.
- Operational excellence: Help define, monitor and improve performance metrics across the business to drive efficiency and accountability.
- Ownership and Collaboration: Take ownership and collaborate closely with the founding team to ensure customer and business needs are met.
- Adapt and Grow: Quickly learn new tools, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion Culture: Help define Maiven’s company culture by contributing to our inclusive, growth-oriented environment.

Our technology:
You are not expected to have expertise in the technology used to power our product, however, given you may work with our engineering team, we thought you might be interested to know that our product leverages natural language processing and machine learning techniques to extract policy insights for our customers..
